I’m an Account Manager at Custom Fleet, currently supporting tier-one clients in the fleet management industry. Over the past year, I’ve focused on delivering proactive, end-to-end solutions—from vehicle ordering and financial reporting to identifying cost-saving opportunities. Building strong, collaborative relationships is something I take pride in, and it’s helped drive both client satisfaction and business growth. Before this role, I played a key part in the operations of a startup, where I managed logistics, planning, and early-stage business analysis. That experience sharpened my problem-solving skills and gave me a strong foundation in resource management. Now, as an IIBA member working toward my ECBA certification, I’m actively developing my skills in business analysis to better support project-based improvements and data-driven decisions. I’m analytical by nature, detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve outcomes—both for clients and internal teams.
