I bring over 22 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, specializing in Business Analysis for the past 15 years. My journey started in 2001, and I have progressively moved into roles with more responsibilities, finally establishing my own consulting firm. My diverse portfolio spans from working directly under the VP of Customer Care at Shaw Communications to managing one of Bell Canada’s largest projects with $800 million in profit. I've had the privilege of holding various portfolios, including: Unified Desktop (A consolidated toolset for frontline teams) Commissions and Incentives Revenue Assurance Financial Security & PCI-DSS Compliance Enterprise Provisioning Systems across multiple services Disaster Recovery & Mitigation Strategies Recent Accomplishments: Spearheading a team for the Government of Alberta's network migration to a new carrier, focusing on order entry, new product development, provisioning systems, and network service assurance. Managing a high-response service desk that meets inquiries within a minute, using Salesforce and Omni-channel. Leading data integration efforts, particularly billing transitions and system migrations.
