About Nathan Dale

I am an experienced Executive with 15+ years as a CEO. Experience in Non-Executive board roles as both a member and Chair. I am a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and judge for the Telstra Best of Business Awards. As founder of Intact Group, I grew a property trade services company from the ground up to become a leading organisation across Australia and New Zealand. I have received recognition as NSW Business of the Year and Australian Young Entrepreneur of the Year (Australian Small Business Awards). Intact Group was successfully acquired by ARA Group in 2023 and I have continued on as Director of Multi-Trade, overseeing operations during the rapid growth of ARA as our Group revenue exceeds $1B. I am an advocate for diversity & inclusion, playing an active role in community organizations and sitting on the board of other exciting ventures. I am also the Chair of The Primary Club, a charity whose fundamental aim is to give people with disabilities the opportunity to experience the joy and exhilaration that comes from any form of physical activity. Other passions include animal conservation and cricket and I have been lucky enough to combine the two with “Last Male Standing”, a privately funded annual event which received worldwide media coverage, helping to build awareness, enhance rhino conservation and provide physical education to the local community in Kenya.
