Currently, I am a Production Manager and Marketing Assistant in a fast paced work environment that is constantly changing. My roles on a daily basis consist of being a shipping clerk, machinist, research and development aide to the engineering team, welder, assisting the marketing team with packaging designs, flyers, and photography for products. I also handle the more complicated and technical tasks in production, including quality control, time management, inventory stock level maintenance and provide training to production personnel. Being a part of a small company with so many responsibilities has trained me to be adaptable in any work environment Key Skills - Ensure that all production personnel are working safely, effectively and efficiently - Assist with time management of production orders- Provide training to production personnel within their job capacities - Proficient in several different computer programs such as Quickbooks, Zoho CRM, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft applications - Performing customer service, taking phone orders and answering questions - Shipping Clerk - Quality control ensuring parts are to specification - Assembling products under a microscope - Use of several different shop tools including basic hand tools and power tools such as bandsaws, belt sanders, mills, lathes, plasma cutter and drill presses- Experience with welding tools such as Tig welders, Mig welders and abraising- Setting up logistics and upkeep of inventory.
