IT’S ALL ABOUT MY WHY I began my consulting journey almost a decade ago in the hospitality industry working with several SME businesses, helping them expand from small 2 to 3 table cafes to over 150 seat bistros. It was during this time I realised that for most SME businesses, the owner started the company because they had a passion for the service or products they offered. Skip ahead a few years and the owner is now no longer working on what they were passionate about, they are now having to make business decisions, manage staff, and balance budgets often while over worked and stressed. I decided I wanted to help SME business owners by helping them develop a growth focused business that works for them and allows them time to do what they are passionate about. 6 years and an ACCA membership later I was able to help build our Evolve team at CT. The Evolve team is our consulting team supporting clients through end-to-end business strategy development.
