About Nathan Doerr

I am an accomplished logistician, coordinator, communications supervisor, and supply chain manager. My work encompasses tracking orders, maintaining communication between all levels of my organization, and customer service. As part of my responsibilities in the National Guard, I balance and ensure proper budgets for operational services and employee training. My responsibilities have included developing lesson plans, training my peers and subordinates, and evaluating past performance. I am well versed at utilizing limited resources and fulfilling company logistical goals. People will tell you that I have well-developed interpersonal competencies, and I am comfortable with public speaking. In addition, I have a strong record of team building, and I have four years’ experience as a military officer. I am able to think fast on my feet, and as an officer, I’ve often found that my projects incorporate big-picture thinking, goal setting and evaluation, in addition to fine attention to detail. Additionally, I excel working independently or as part of a team - planning and executing tasks on time, and under budget.
