I'm an Entrepreneurial-minded senior executive with more than 20 years innovative and results driven leadership style. I started as a graphic designer in the advertising and marketing industry - with a tenacious ambition to understand business in order to market my clients. As I developed into a young, self-motivated, business savvy individual, with an inspiring personality - this drew invitations to associate with many of South Africa and the world’s top executives and entrepreneurs. Inevitably becoming an entrepreneur; I've built successful companies from creative to strategic marketing – resulting in a group of companies with businesses complimenting between 10 and 140 employees each. Poised to become a top young executive, I was mentored in business by an acclaimed international business experts and later with a professional personal coach at my side. My passion for entrepreneurship and organisational development encouraged me to broaden my knowledge base and contribute meaningfully on the various boards that I'd served on. So, my successful business experience, perpetual hunger for knowledge and personal drive to transfer skills, took me into the world of business consulting.
