I am a Pre-Hospital clinician with over 18 years experience in a variety of medical roles. I have worked in the military in the barracks and field environment, in remote areas overseas and within Australia with minimal or sometimes no supervision, on aeromedical platforms as a helicopter rescue medic, Flight Paramedic on a Critical Care fixed wing air ambulance and as an Ambulance Paramedic/ Paramedic Student Mentor/ Acting Station Manager in a busy metropolitan ambulance service. All this experience has moulded me into a confident, capable and well respected Paramedic. I have a passion for prehospital education and training in particular the pathophysiology and management of severe, life threatening head injuries as well as the management of prehospital special needs patients
