About Nathan Foote

Nathan is a Petroleum Engineer with over 11 years of experience in drilling and wellsite operations. After graduating from the University of Texas with a bachelors degree in engineering, he completed a global leadership program for Well Engineers, which placed a heavy emphasis on intensive technical training, along with practical field experience. This training took Nathan to wellsites around the world, where he gained invaluable operations experience across multiple Product Service Lines within Halliburton. Nathan has since progressed through various engineering and operations roles to his current position as Engineer II-Drilling for Halliburton’s Project Management PSL. Nathan's experience in operations and engineering has given him the ability to make quick and informed decisions with confidence when needed. He is a strong believer in the power of teams, and strives to cultivate a culture that draws from each team member’s unique experiences. Nathan has experience in running engineering models using Landmark’s software suite (torque and drag, hydraulics, casing running), cementing, operations forecasting and planning, and wellsite operations and supervision.
