I’ve spent nearly 20 years in the events and hospitality world, leading teams, producing large-scale conferences, and creating memorable experiences. I’m currently the General Manager at the Victoria Conference Centre, where I get to work with an incredible team to welcome people from around the world to our city. From managing multimillion-dollar budgets to planning international events, I love the mix of big-picture strategy and on-the-ground collaboration. Along the way, I’ve developed a real passion for sustainability, accessibility, and risk management—building programs that reflect those values while driving results. I’ve worked across corporate, agency, and municipal settings, and I always come back to the same goal: creating spaces where people feel supported, inspired, and set up for success.
