I have been providing professional services to both the construction and real estate industry across Western Canada for over a decade. My extensive experience in Project Monitoring allows me to work with various Lenders and Developers across a wide array of asset classes including land servicing, industrial, commercial, health care, assisted living, P3, single family to high rise residential and government funded projects. I have worked with a number of lenders and developers in Western Canada, Ontario, and the United Project Monitoring services protect our clients’ interests by identifying and advising on the risks associated with investing in projects that are not under their direct control. At the same time, our knowledge of project delivery, critical items for consideration, and pitfalls that developers face helps them in presenting a robust project that will ensure a return for both the developer and the lender.
