I am currently working within the childcare sector, I have all mandatory training and relevant restraint training, I am fully qualified withing childrens residential care including additional qualifications, I currently work within a residential setting for children with additional needs, my current placement is an EBD home. I have past experience of event, corporate & retail security and chef/hospitality. I have developed a vast understanding of childcare, in addition to this I have gained a broad knowledge into other sectors. I am an energetic and enthusiastic person at everything I do. I am a hard working individual who thrives when operating under pressure and like to see a task through to completion. My proven track record shows that I have the ability to safeguard children and young people, whilst maintaining an exceptional quality of service and professionalism with optimum efficiency. I lead by example and by having strong communication skills and the ability to converse at all levels.
