Throughout my life I find myself connected to water in everything I do. In every season I play and work in and around the lakes and streams of lower Michigan. From digging ponds with old dragline cranes, waterskiing, ice fishing, service in the navy, and a career as a ship's engineering officer I have experienced life on the water in a variety of ways. Someday I plan to retire to caring for my orchard overlooking a small private 4 acre pond my dad and I dug together.
