About Nathan Harris

I am an Operations Manager with 20+ years of leadership experience across the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and industry. Most recently, I have supported the transformation of a small automotive business into a profitable, scalable, and sustainable organisation. My earlier Defence career was comprehensive and complex, encompassing a broad range of capabilities from people leadership, to training and instruction, IT & Systems Administration, and process development. I am now enjoying applying my resilience, problem-solving skills, and exceptional level of resourcefulness in industry. I am proud to be known as an ambitious visionary - I take decisive action, drive productivity, and make results happen. My teams thrive on my open and confident leadership style that awards them both accountability and opportunity. A perfectionist in every sense, I am motivated by workable solutions and tangible results.
