I'm a boot-strapped co-founder with experience in all things startup, but with particular love and expertise in digital marketing, content creation, product development, and community growth in the digital fitness space (and especially in running!)- Social Media - Co-Founded the #1 running channel on Youtube. Grew it to 550k+ subscribers, videos, and 70 thousand hours watched monthly, all organically- Operations - Recruited & trained 6 content creators and 2 editors to broaden and deepen our social reach- Marketing - Sold & managed content marketing partnerships with Strava, Nike, Fleet Feet, Reebok, Aftershokz, Bose, and the San Francisco Marathon- Marketing - Created & managed a multi-segmented sales funnel to drive cold traffic online to an engaged email list with 40% open rates to 3500 paying subscribers- Product Development - Coached, developed, and recorded all training programs and workouts in The Run Experience App, including the newest audio program - The Daily Run- Venture Capital - A winner (out of 68 companies) of the Bend Venture Conference in October 2021 - Operations - Managed company finances, HR, and development of our 15 coaches and team members - Culture - Designed and implemented operations to promote the company’s vision and culture - Bootstrapped our subscription business (with a great team!) to $500k ARR and 110k app downloads.
