I organize and direct a small team of long-serving defense professionals to offer advice to small businesses and non-profits. Our team engages in the space because we believe our expertise matters.even after hanging up the uniform. We help innovative organizations do business with our Defense Department and our government in or to participate in the effort to maintain American preeminence. I bring a range of skills and diverse network to the problem-solving space. In my Air Force career, I flew strategic airlift and tanker aircraft, gained an extensive background in logisitcs, contingency response as well as global and inter-theater command and control. I flew and led nuclear airlift operations at the tactical level, wrote operational policy and engaged in strategic level negotiations with foreign governments for the logistics movement of highly sensitive material. I have a proven track record of building and leading high performing multi-disciplinary teams. Skilled in Organizational and Team Leadership, Strategy Development, Risk and Change Management and Culture Transformation. Additional functional experience in Aviation and Operations management. Most recently, while assigned to United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), I led cross functional interagency team composed of members from the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, and Defense Logistics Agency charged with determining how USTRANSCOM would comply with the 2022 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) to become the element responsible for global bulk fuel management and delivery. I live in the greater St Louis area with my wife Stacy and three kids and fly the 737-800/900 as a First Officer for Delta Air Lines.
