I have more than five years of experience in the telecommunications industry, where I have acquired multiple certifications in Microsoft 365 and other online tools. I have a strong background in technology and customer service, having worked as an Inventory Specialist at Best Buy for over five years. There, I assisted customers with their inquiries, handled inbound and outbound shipments, and maintained a safe and clean warehouse. I also served as a Department Trainer at ALLO Communications, where I was in charge of training and onboarding new hires, updating the training materials, and embodying the core values. I am always eager to learn new skills and advance in leading and learning.
