I ruminate (that's my magic/secret sauce). I am an Evaluation Scientist with 15 years of experience working with UN Agencies (including UNICEF, WFP, UNDP, OCHA, UNCDF, UNPBF, and the UN Joint SDG Fund). I use systems strengthening and participatory methods innovation in my work to evaluate humanitarian and development efforts (including evaluations of adaptive universal social protection systems, child protection systems, alternative care, CP monitoring, food assistance, livelihoods, inclusive finance, agriculture, gender, education, health, nutrition, governance, accountability to affected populations, disaster risk reduction, and emergency response – to name a few). My experience with use-focused approaches to evaluation includes over 40 major evaluations for UN agencies. I am a pioneer in the use if ICTs to support participatory methods and visual thinking in evaluation. As a data ecosystem analyst – I specialize in complex contexts such as multi-sector, multi-stakeholder, and multi-country scenarios. I use intersectional environmentalist vulnerability analysis and crisp visualizations.
