Responsible for reconciling monthly financials and making sure any accruals or reclasses are submitted on time. On-site travel to each job location to meet with customers or potential clients for quoting repairs, new construction, and capex projects. Quoting all jobs for my division, including both sub contracted work and in-house repairs/builds. Responsible for project management, oversite, and quality control. Responsible for all ADP and timecard adjustments for department employees.
