About Nathan Ingram

In today's day and age, most people fear failure, and that is where most fail first. I embrace failure, and use it as a springboard to move forward and make advances in all areas of my life. I am an extremely ambitious individual, dedicated to working hard, growing myself and others, and paving the way for young people to become leaders in this evolving world. The goal of a leader is not simply to have followers, but to create other leaders. I believe whole-heartedly that to be a successful leader, you cannot lead by force, but you must lead by example and take charge from the front. I am currently working at Synder and Associates doing Construction Observation. I have a B.A in Geological Science from the University of Iowa. I have addition experience in construction and materials testing, management, and retail sales. When I am not on the job or building future assets, I enjoy spending time with my wife and son, reading books, playing guitar and writing music, staying fit, and getting outdoors. I am extremely passionate about conservation efforts, and I am often trying to help pick up my community, the local forests and preserves, and managing wildlife. That being said I am a big advocate of hunting and fishing, but I give the utmost respect for the relationship between myself and the wild.
