About Nathan Jensen

My career vision is to operate as a well-informed, experienced, and collaborative agent for protecting environmental and human health. I’m honoured to be part of the Elgin Associates team, whose collective expertise and values-driven approach help organisations manage environmental risk with integrity. They are true guardians of the environment and trusted collaborators in both commercial and regulatory ventures. I’m an Environmental Scientist and consultant with over 15 years of experience in program and project management across environmental assessment, ecology, and remediation. I’ve worked across scientific, engineering, consulting, and business management roles, delivering complex projects for organisations of all sizes. My industry experience spans local government, Defence, oil and gas, manufacturing, transport, property development, and renewable energy. I’ve held diverse roles including program manager, site supervisor, safety manager, team leader, business development lead, trainer, and keynote speaker. In addition to strong technical and project leadership skills, I’m passionate about team culture, strategic thinking, and the kind of leadership that maximizes both performance and outcomes. If you'd like to discuss a project or just connect, please send me a message.
