Growing up in South East London, Nathan witnessed firsthand how mindset often limits opportunities. Constanstly facing peer pressure to follow a life of petty crime and illegal substances, he found a different path - one that led to over £400k worth of offers from major global companies at just 18. Now, as a multi-award-winning degree apprentice at a Fortune 500 company, he leverages his experience to help organisations and educational institutions better understand and engage Gen Z. Through public speaking, Nathan works with companies to tackle retention, mindset and early careers development. For schools, He focuses on addressing limiting beliefs, demotivation and alternative pathways in ways that resonate with students. Nathan’s mission is simple: To help students & young professionals transform their mindsets & give them the skills to position themselves at the forefront of their industry.
