With over 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure, training, and leadership, I am a Senior Technical Training Instructor at Vertiv, a global leader in critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions. In this role, I design and deliver high-quality training programs for critical infrastructure equipment, specializing in data center applications. I also lead and mentor a team of instructors, ensuring they meet rigorous training standards and achieve optimal performance. As a former Naval Nuclear Electronics Technician and Reactor Operator, I have a strong technical foundation and a passion for learning and organizational development. I hold multiple certifications in instructional design and adult learning, and I am currently pursuing a B.P.S. in Business and Management. My goal is to leverage my diverse skill set and unwavering commitment to organizational success to create innovative and impactful training solutions that enhance the skills and knowledge of learners and drive business outcomes.
