I was raised in Elko, Nevada, a small community in northern Nevada primarily supported by the mining and ranching industries. My parents, a Social Worker and a Bookkeeper, maintained non-traditional family values. Their unique approach to parenting, which allowed me to experience the consequences of my decisions while providing a supportive environment to navigate them, significantly cultivated my resilience and independence. This upbringing instilled in me a strong sense of personal accountability and problem-solving skills, qualities that have been instrumental to my professional development. From a young age, I was encouraged to explore the natural world. My father routinely took my family on various outdoor excursions, fostering my deep appreciation for nature and an active lifestyle - passions that I continue to pursue today. Upon entering the workforce in my early twenties, I quickly recognized that professional success must be earned. This formative period was crucial in shaping my dedication to exceptional customer service. I came to understand that superior customer care is the foundation of a thriving business, a principle that I have continued to uphold throughout my career. My mission is to earn trust, build relationships, and collectively solve problems. I am passionate about navigating complex challenges and witnessing my customers and team members thrive and succeed. I am driven by the desire to create harmony where success breeds further success. My inspiration comes from individuals who are determined to solve problems.
