About Nathan Kern

I am a certified scrum master with extensive background in both backend and frontend development. I began my career in software development. As a software developer, I found a lot of disorganization and confusion around scrum and agile methodologies. This led to me learning more about Scrum, coaching my teammates and training to become a full-time scrum master. As a scrum master, I joined new and existing teams to help manage their project’s scope and timeline, coordinate the team’s scrum events, remove impediments and ensure the deliverables were up to the quality standards each and every sprint. I’m experienced in taking a complex product from their initial design to release. I’ve also taken products utilizing traditional Waterfall and converted them to scrum and an on-demand release cadence.
