About Nathan Leifer

Throughout my career I have designed, developed, and validated automotive products using various methods and test equipment. I have dealt with conceptual design, prototype design, prototype testing, and manufacturing. I have experience testing internal combustion engines, electric motors, and working with high voltage power. I am confident that I will be an asset to any company who is developing or manufacturing electromechanical systems. My ideal work environment is fast-paced and dynamic - I have honed my ability to work under pressure and in challenging environments that include test laboratories, trackside pits, and mass production lines. I thrive in a good balance of this type of field work in addition to more structured analytical work. A good match for me would be a position where I can work at the design level for the project at hand to understand key concepts, help to test prototypes, and then analyze test results to drive development.
