Experienced health care executive with leadership responsibility for HCSC’s Government and Individual business, which covers three million members and produces $20 billion of annual revenue. Currently leads all aspects of strategy, execution, and P&L management for Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Medicare Part D, managed Medicaid, Dual Eligibles, and Individual & Family Markets across all HCSC geographies. In prior role, was responsible for the development and articulation of HCSC's corporate strategy as well as all capital planning and allocation activities. As HCSC’s Treasurer, led the cash management and investment functions related to the company's $20+ billion investment portfolio in addition to corporate strategy and planning responsibilities. Led HCSC’s corporate development activities, including the company’s merger and acquisition activity and the management of HCSC Ventures, an internally managed health care venture capital fund. Formerly responsible for the organization’s project portfolio management and enterprise project management functions, driving the investment allocation and delivery processes for HCSC’s internal strategic investment portfolio.
