As a Pastor of Congregational Life at Mission Church, I have over five years of experience in leading and supporting various ministries, programs, and events that foster spiritual growth, community engagement, and service. I am passionate about helping people discover and develop their gifts, talents, and passions for God's glory and kingdom. I have a strong background in team building, leadership, and communication, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. I have successfully coordinated and collaborated with staff, volunteers, and other pastors to plan, execute, and evaluate various initiatives, such as worship services, small groups, outreach projects, and discipleship courses. I have also leveraged my Microsoft Office skills to create and maintain effective documents, presentations, and reports that enhance our ministry operations and outcomes.
