About Nathan MacDougall

I am thirty three years of age, and currently work for IBM Canada as a Delivery Manager for the Enterprise Applications Technical Teams. My technical background is specifically in SAP Basis Administration, with a combined ten years of SAP Basis Experience. As a Delivery Manager, I am responsible for coaching and mentoring forty-two IBM practitioners, supporting fifteen SAP clients and their respective landscapes, not to mention multiple parallel project engagements. I have implementation, migration and upgrade experience with many of SAP’s solution offerings. I am one of the founding members of the IBM Canadian Migration Factory, where I solution heterogeneous OS/DB migrations from a timeline and staffing perspective. I have taken the HANA administration and migration courses, and have presented both HANA technology and migration methodologies to current and prospective clients. I have a keen ability to understand deep technical solutions, and translate that into terms a client can understand. My current objectives are to continue to stretch my skill sets and grow the Nov Scotia IBM Client innovation Center's SAP Practice.
