About Nathan Maus
With a dynamic background that began in business studies at the University of Utah, I soon discovered my true passion lay elsewhere. My journey led me through a variety of customer service roles at renowned brands like Backcountry.com, Jaybird, and Netflix, where I honed my skills and gained invaluable insights. It was at Netflix where I first encountered UX design (feel free to ask me about this story sometime.) This newfound passion prompted me to enroll in a UX design bootcamp, ultimately leading to an exciting internship at Vivint. 5 years later, and I'm still in love with crafting end-to-end experiences that make a meaningful impact on people's lives.
