As a Project Manager at Terlin Construction, I apply my construction knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions for clients in various sectors. I have been working with Terlin for over twelve years, starting as a laborer and advancing through the ranks to a leadership role. I am responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of multiple projects, ranging from renovations to fit-ups, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. I also coach and mentor the project teams, using agile methodologies and best practices to foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Some of the skills I use in my role are project integration management, people management, and communication. I am passionate about creating value for customers and stakeholders, solving complex problems, and learning new things. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from Carleton University and a Red Seal Carpentry diploma from Algonquin College. I am also proficient in French
