About Nathan McGhee

I’ve spent my career in the nonprofit world making things happen—whether that’s running a historic theatre, building education programs from scratch, or pulling off events that bring people together in big ways. I love leading teams, finding creative solutions when things get messy, and connecting with people to build partnerships that actually last. For me, leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about showing up. I believe in leading with a smile, jumping in when needed, and setting the tone with energy and positivity. That’s how I’ve been able to grow programs, increase revenue, and help organizations reach more people. At the end of the day, I care about community. If there’s a way to make an impact, bring folks together, and leave something stronger than I found it—that’s where I want to be.
