With a solid background in public service and the not-for-profit sector, I’ve developed a dual expertise in community engagement and organisational development. As an Electorate Officer for the Sandringham Electorate, I’m actively involved in enhancing the liveability, wellbeing, and safety of the Bayside community. My role allows me to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, developing solutions that improve community outcomes and stimulate economic growth.In addition to my public sector experience, I’m passionate about leveraging economic strategy and consulting to support local businesses and strengthen economies. Through my leadership at Downball Australia, I’ve merged community-building efforts with a focus on not-for-profit development, delivering programs that engage youth, promote active lifestyles, and create environments where community wellbeing and economic potential go hand in hand.Through current and future work, I hope to bridge the gap between community needs and business opportunities, using strategic consulting and communication to create sustainable, impactful solutions.
