Recently I was certified from ISC2 and currently studying for my CISSP. I have a proven track record of delivering value and satisfaction to customers across various industries. In 2023 I had 100% renewal with 108% Net Dollar Retention throughout my team. In my past roles, I lead a team of customer success managers and engineers, overseeing the implementation, support, and growth of products and services. I also partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to provide feedback, insights, and advocacy for our customers. Working as a Customer Success Manager and then a Director at Deepwatch, a cloud-based managed security services provider, I managed key accounts, developed strategic relationships, and increased customer retention and loyalty. I am passionate about cybersecurity and customer success, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies.
