I am currently employed at Need A Nerd Cell Phone & Computer Repair in Milledgeville, GA, where I am responsible for checking in and managing customer devices via our CRM software, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing basic troubleshooting and repairs for Windows and MacOS/iOS devices. I have been employed at Need A Nerd since I graduated from Georgia College & State University with a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems in December of 2021. During my studies, I furthered my knowledge of common IT practices and ideologies, explored and acquired new relevant skills to the IT industry, and gained several relevant certifications. Looking for a challenging role in a reputable organization to utilize my technical, database, and management skills for the growth of the organization as well as to enhance my knowledge about new and emerging trends in the IT industry.
