I’ve led design teams of six and also thrived as an individual contributor, overseeing creative across digital channels, e-commerce, marketing, and B2B. My approach combines inclusive, “no wrong answers” brainstorming with strategic questioning that helps teams uncover insights they didn’t know they had. I’m especially good at wrangling competing priorities, aligning stakeholders, and turning big-picture goals into actionable creative.
