About Nathan Patty

I’m currently complimenting my full time career, as a part time business student, studying a Masters Degree in Business Administration, at the University of South Australia.I have over 11 years experience in the Mining Industry, all of which within either Small Projects $50million in the Delivery/Construction space. Majority of this time has been spent in Underground Hard Rock Mining.I enjoy trying new things, solving problems, trialling new technology to improve safety or work management and improving the way my team and I conduct business and operate. I like to challenge and question current practices to ensure we set the standard and think outside the box.I have grown up and still currently reside in country South Australia. This has empowered me to find solutions to problems and find new ways of thinking, being proactive, as sometimes we haven’t got the tools or resources close by to assist. This mentality has kick started my career and empowered me to grow since entering the workforce.
