About Nathan Pelkey

During my four years at the University at Buffalo, I crafted myself into an innovative and hardworking student who was focused on honing my leadership, critical thinking, and problem solving skills. My experience with student government gave me a unique perspective on team work, problem solving, and long term planning. In my professional career, I have quickly moved up the operations/production ladder. As an intern, I focused on production support projects and equipment that are still in use. I led daily production activities as a group leader, quickly gaining process knowledge and production planning skills. Now as a production supervisor, I continue to push process improvement, drive production goals using efficient resource management, and mentor my staff members to maximize team output.
