I am an IT Service Management System leader who is passionate about mentoring and developing teams, to deliver exceptional outcomes for the business and its customers. I have managed teams of up to 40 application developers and service desk staff and have collaborated with multiple business stakeholders to determine and deliver fit for purpose technical solutions. Through technical skills, strengths in people management and the ability to influence stakeholders, I have contributed to significant business outcomes such as- Establishing teams that are recognized as trusted SME's with a focus on understanding requirements and delivering relevant right fit solutions- Leading and developing some of the most complex customer requirements into blueprints for service establishment- Right sourcing of application support for key platforms which resulted in a saving of $300k per annum - Increasing staff engagement and retention through proactive mentoring, coaching and support of career development - Trusted advisor to business stakeholders with a keen ability to help translate stakeholder requirements into technical deliverables. With extensive experience in the ITSM arena with a focus on ITSM tools, coupled with a broad IT background spanning 25 years, I'm able to lead multidisciplined teams working on Application Support and Development, AWS/Azure, SQL, UX Design.
