About Nathan Pratt

Most IT Professionals don't have a Fine Arts degree, but I have always had an affinity for technology. I remember running back and forth in my elementary school's computer lab helping the students, as well as the teachers, with their computer questions. My grandfather says that he knew from those early days of volunteering in my class, that working with technology and helping people was my calling. As I grew up, I also discovered my artistic talent and focused on combining my two passions, art and technology. In college, I majored in graphic design and digital media. I used computers every day in my classes, and learned quickly how powerful a tool they can be. I thought about all the possibilities of what a career in art would bring, but it was working for the Faculty and Staff Help Desk that really opened my eyes to the possibility of making IT my career.I've been an IT Professional for over 15 years now, and my passion is still helping people.
