Nathan is a key member of AFMC’s Executive Leadership Team, where he steers multiple high‑impact divisions—including Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Data Sciences, and Public Health Programs—toward strategic goals that improve health outcomes statewide and beyond. As executive sponsor of these areas, he champions technology‑driven innovation, data‑informed decision‑making, and evidence‑based public health initiatives. In addition to guiding the organization’s digital and analytic vision, Nathan provides hands‑on support to all corporate operations. He partners closely with Utilization Management to enhance care quality and cost‑effectiveness, and he supports Contact Center Operations to ensure an exceptional experience for providers and clients alike. Nathan’s cross‑functional leadership fosters collaboration, drives operational excellence, and supports AFMC’s mission to promote excellence in health and health care through education and evaluation.
