With extensive experience leading housing programs and harm reduction initiatives for youth under 18, I have a strong foundation in supporting the recovery journey of children, youth, and families. I am passionate about advocating for systemic change, restorative justice, and ensuring that dignity is upheld in every aspect of care. As a leader, I empower staff through reflective practice, fostering their ongoing growth and promoting sustainability in their work.
