About Nathan Rhoads

I was born and raised in Washington state but have lived in Tucson since 2010 From 2003-2010 I worked in WA as a low-voltage electrician. Since moving to Tucson I have mainly worked in landscaping. I am currently employed by Northwest Landscaping. I am the foreman for the Saddlebrooke Villas where I oversee day to day operations for the maintenance crew, resolve work orders, maintain irrigation equipment and programming, and represent the company by working with property managers and the HOA on enhancement projects. I have trained many incoming recruits that have advanced to leadership positions within our company and others and I always strive for a high level of customer satisfaction. During my time at the Villas my property was the first Northwest contract to receive the ALCA Award of Excellence due to our high level of maintenance, an eye for detail, and a desire to satisfy customers. I have been involved with the Wesleyan Holiness Church in Tucson and currently serve as the pastor. In this role not only have I served as minister and counselor to the congregation but also as chief of maintenance for the church and parsonage, expanding my skill set in construction and building maintenance and repair. I have overseen bathroom and kitchen remodels, building additions, electrical upgrades, plumbing repipes, and many other projects. I have been able to expand my experience in this field as well as my construction experience from my previous job into doing some small contracts as a handyman. I am currently looking to broaden my horizons in the maintenance and contracting fields. I enjoy construction, I enjoy working with my hands and problem solving, and I enjoy working with people.
