About Nathan Roukous

I consider myself a self starter with a strong drive to excel and leave a lasting impression where ever I go. I obtained a masters in architecture while working odd jobs as an independent contractor. I also passed my real estate licensing exams and Leed green associate test while in school. After graduating I opted to pursue my broker license in NC and then decided to buy my first business. As an architectural designer with a strong background in both technical and customer-facing roles, I bring a unique blend of creativity, precision, and problem-solving skills to every project. With a Master’s in Architecture and experience working on multi-family housing, K-12 schools, hospitals, and high-end residential properties, I am proficient in creating detailed construction documents and conceptual designs. I also have diverse experience in hospitality and real estate, honing my ability to manage projects, teams, and client relationships. Skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite, I consistently deliver innovative design solutions while ensuring projects meet technical and regulatory requirements.
