About Nathan Sandoval

With over 10 years of leadership and managerial experience I love the challenge and rewards that come with successfully managing teams of any size. In the military and civilian environments, nothing is more exciting to me than figuring out how to utilize each team member’s unique skillset to best reach organizational goals. As the sole leader of a small team, or as part of a larger strategic human resources leadership team, I have proven to be a great addition to each company I have had the pleasure to work for. Rarely satisfied with the status quo I enjoy learning about an organization’s processes and analyzing them to identify opportunities for improvement. Combining this with knowledge of current organizational resources and capacities as well as individual team member skills and strengths I enjoy designing and implementing new plans to further business objectives. At several of my past jobs this passion has resulted in measurable increases in production and revenue as well as decreases in equipment down time.
