About Nathan Starr

Onboarding Pharmacy Technician for Tarrytown Expocare Pharmacy which specializes in providing medication services to IDD community settings nationwide. Growing up, my mother and grandmother were both in healthcare, so naturally I wanted to be too. As my dreams changed from being an RN to NP or even being a PA, I landed into the long term care pharmacy world and haven’t looked back. Here, I can work as an experienced pharmacy technician with a demonstrated history of excellent work ethic and pride in solving problems outside of the box to advocate for the demographic of individuals we serve and strive to make life easier for the nurses and support staff who want the best for them as well. Skilled in cultivating and maintaining relationships with nurses and colleagues, upholding high standards for consistent and quality work, critical thinking and strategic planning with detail oriented processes, evaluating and mentoring colleagues, motivational leadership, and analyzing new ideas to determine how they will affect current processes.
