With over a decade of military leadership and operational experience, I've led teams of 30+ across diverse, high-pressure environments - ranging from medical services to logistics and joint operations. My background has shaped a deep understanding of human behavior, performance, and team dynamics. Now, I'm transitioning that experience into the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I'm particularly drawn to how organizations can improve workplace culture, emotional intelligence, leadership development, and decision-making using data and behavioral science.
