I found a passion for growing organic non-GMO microgreens because of my daughter, Ellie. Ellie was born a few months before I retired from law enforcement. At eight months old she was diagnosed with a rare brain malformation (PMG) and Cerebral Palsy (CP). Due to her diagnosis, she has become 100% g-tube fed. This led to finding all-natural ways to provide her with powerful nutrition. I began to research and grow microgreens to add to her daily diet. Family and friends learned of this and began to put in their orders. Within a few months EZMicrogreens, LLC grew. Out of my love for my daughter sprouted our #tinybutmighty business.
