A Telecommunications, I.T, Ops and HR specialist with experience of supplying products & services including; VoIP, Cyber Security, MDM, IoT, Connectivity, O365 and Telephony solutions to every sector. My retention rate is around 99% and I am net positive with my managed accounts year on year, for over 23 years. I believe in a consultative approach, the best customer service and excellent after sales support being a standard when dealing with all of my professional contacts. I am referred regularly because of my efforts to stick to this working mantra. I have a excellent record in HR and have hired over 141 staff so far in my 25 years, of whom I have stayed in contact with on some level. I aim to prove myself, and excel, at every opportunity, for my clients and piers alike. I call upon each and every one of my experiences to both help businesses maximise the potential revenue from their exiting client base, and also to secure new business for the future. I've helped to raise over £1.2m for various charities over 21 years. My most recent achievements include completing a CIPD, many level 3 supporting qualifications such as Leadership & Management, converting a mostly dormant account base, with a net worth of approximately into a base that included 3 of the businesses' 7 key accounts, and with a new net worth of circa £2.1 million. All via account management and relationship building with the existing clients. Originally qualified in Sports Science, with a passion for Childcare and Early Years. I have a number of higher academic qualifications, a forklift license and much inbetween.
