With a background that blends sustainability, finance, and brewing, I bring a unique perspective to operations and business management in the craft beverage space. After earning my Brewmaster & Brewery Operations Management diploma from Niagara College, I joined Henderson Brewing Company as Controller—managing sales, inventory, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and implementing systems to support brewery growth. Now, as Operations Manager at Mascot Brewery, I lead logistics, inventory, order fulfillment, procurement, and cross-functional planning across a fast-paced and expanding beverage portfolio. From raw materials to delivery execution, I ensure our systems run efficiently and scale smoothly. Previously, at Scotiabank, I advised over 500 small business clients, developing tailored borrowing and investment strategies. And before that, I worked in environmental policy at Ontario Greenhouse Vegetable Growers, where I focused on sustainability in agriculture. I’m passionate about building smart, sustainable operations—whether that’s in craft beer, functional beverages, or new ventures in the food & beverage world.
